AFSS15 - Background Stamps

Are you horrible like me in that you have all these lovely background stamps collecting dust in your collection? This is the week to pull 'em out!

For tonight's offering, I thought Paisley deserved some exercise. I did a faux tear on the side (good tutorial here if you are interested), used my Paper Inspirations cone flower and then added a sentiment from Little Paper Shop's All Occasions set. Easy-peasy but it took me forever since there is no DP here (the horror!).

So, you know what I am gonna say now... Should you want to participate in this week's challenge, here's the rules:
  • Create a card and then link to it from this post.
  • Should you elect to upload it to SCS, please use the keyword AFSS15.
  • Get your entries in by 7 PM MST next Sunday and I will draw a winner who will receive some goodies from me!
And last week's winner is Bonnie! Send me your deets please...

Always fun to break out the backgrounders ... here's one using the Chalkboard Technique with shimmer chalks & the CHF lace backgrounder:

Love the card. Some of my favorite colors and I think it looks great even without designer paper!

That's really pretty.

I should get out some backgrounders and use them. Especially since I've been tempted by some new ones!

Well! I made something, not sure if it matches the criteria. Let me know. I love how you masked the background and made it look like different paper.
