Grandma's Gift

The kids and I worked together on a project for my MIL who has everything...

Together we worked on creating this shrink charms for a bracelet (I bought the bracelet at Mike's with the notion I would rather just add on rather than create it from scratch). We have a:
  • Stampendous bloom,
  • the princess from Birthday Beauty,
  • a dollar heart from Mike's,
  • a roadster from Inkadinkado,
  • a boy and girl stamp,
  • the girl in the bathtub stamp (since Charlotte is always in the bathtub),
  • a train from the dollar store, and
  • some metal charms.

I used this box tutorial from Teri to enclose her gift. I have to say that this is a perfect box for this size of gift and Teri's instructions are a cinch. I think this took me like five minutes tops...love ya Teri!

Very nice! I am sure your MIL will cherish it. Cute box for a cute creation. I am yet to master the shrinky dinks. Once I tried, it curled up so bad, never tried again :-D

What an awesome idea- both gift and package! You are so clever! A Happy Mother's day to you! I received your Inka stamp from Lindsey on Saturday and was intending to post it tomorrow (Monday) but my youngest gave me a nasty head cold for Mother's Day so it might be Tuesday before I'm out and about! It's an awesome stamp! Hope you enjoy!

What a wonderful gift and box!! I really do think you need to do a shrinky-dink tutorial ... I am hopelessly shrinky-dink-challenged!
