Playing with Clipart

Hey y'all...

Remember how I wrote up that tutorial on using clip art? Well, I went a'searching and I found these super cute girls. I edited them to display in B & W. Here's a sample that I created (with a sentiment from A*muse).

Should you want these printables for yourself, choose one of the following:
If you make a creation with one of these gals, please link to me...I would love to see what y'all can do with these cuties!

This is super cute!
Now seriously, let us start a stamp company :-)
We just need to know how to make stamps. I alter my pictures to make them look like stamps and here you are finding clip art and using them in place of stamps.

Hi Allison!
I love these girls! I will be using them today! Thanks for finding them and passing them along! As a side note: I believe the girl you used is Korean and is wearing the traditional Han-Bok. And if I am right the saying should read "an nyung" or more formally "an nyung ha sae yo".
I just am so excited =) to see Korea represented... since I am Korean and there are hardly any "things" Korean to play around with.
Thanks again for the clip art! I LOVE IT!
Allison (the other one)

Oh my gosh these are SO cute!! I'm sad I missed your Suggestive Sunday challenge to use one of these, but I may still have to anyway - once I get a new ink cartridge for the printer (boo!). Ugh I am so far behind on blogging - yours is always the worst, I still have about 50 posts to go............!

Thanks for sharing these adorable clip art images! I love them all...I noticed the Korean girl paired with the Japanese sentiment, too. Unless you were really familiar with one or the other you probably wouldn't notice but it did give me a little chuckle. Maybe she's half Korean, half-Japanese. Yeah, that's it!

OMG...how cute are these little girls! Thank you so much for sharing them! I do have a question for you though...do you know if these images are copyrighted? I do local craft shows, and was wondering if I could use these for some cards at my shows?? Thanks!

Monica said...

Oops...I guess I should've left you my email address so you could answer my question! It's moenica37@comcast.net. And yup...the "e" is supposed to be in there! Thanks again! Monica
