There are so many paper crafting sites that intrigue me - ones that make me want to expand my horizons beyond stamping and scrapping. I am compiling this list of sites that include free templates/tutorials whenever I have some time to "get my learn on"!
ETA: This is only a fraction of what's out there...I am going to update this as I go so I can archive it somewhere (if I don't my hard drive is gonna run out of room real quick!).
