- If it's wrong to replace the lyrics "If You Seek Amy" with "If You Seek Avery", I don't want to be right. I don't care if the lyrics are suggestive, that is one darn snappy tune!
- Charlotte's vid has been viewed almost 1000 times...hilarious!
- Charlotte has the flu today and has been "quarantined" at Grandma's for the day. We didn't get to go to the Mother's Day tea at her preschool (sniff!) but at least Avery will hopefully miss out on whatever she's got!
- An Avery Update:
- She is still transfixed by the silver potlights in our ceiling. I regularly get heck if I move while she is staring them down.
- On the other hand, she has become so distractable when eating that we now are regulated to her crib or buzzy chair for feeding time.
- In the last couple of weeks, she has proven herself to be increasingly social. She is not at all stingy with her smiles nor with her chats. (So unlike T who was too busy for such moments nor C who would only smile at Tristan when she was this age!)
- We went to our GP yesterday. He could still hear a lot of "swooshing" by her ASD (the hole between her upper chambers) but he said her color, blood pressure and general health were very good. She weighed 11 lbs, 12 oz and is 23.5". (She gained almost a whole pound this past month...woo hoo!)
ETA: Charlotte's preschool teacher is such a peach! She dropped off C's Mother's Day present at our house so she could give them to me on Sunday...how sweet!
