Dealing with a Stash of Ballet Blue

I have something to confess...

Is it wrong when making a teacher's gift (who one of the parents I chat with tells me is "about as smart as a ham sandwich"), to use up a cardstock color you hate? Now these cards are pretty (IMHO), but I am not at all sad to whittle down my collection of Ballet Blue...ugh! I used to really like this color but not no more.

I used Natasha's sketch and Angie's bag tutorial (I think this is like the sixth time I have made this bag!), along with some Bohemia paper that I snagged for 10 cents a sheet!

P.S. We'll just keep this secret to ourselves, k?

LOL....well if we are being honest....haha....I do the same thing....use up stuff I don't like as much or that I won't be sad when I have to gift it away~! I do the same for Stamp a Stacks too! Use up the cardstock I have the most of...which is usually the colours I like the least....rofl!
Your box set turned out great...need to try that bag!

I do the same thing, especially when I'm making something for a person who'll just throw the stuff out right away. No guilt here!

It's a great gift!!! Maybe it is the color you like the less but it's sometime the other person favorite person so I don't think it's bad at all! :) Have a great day!

LOL on the ham sandwich remark! I'm with you I'm not much of a Ballet Blue fan either & no it's not wrong to use it up this way, hehehe!!! I would do the same.

I think it turned out great. But I must confess to having used colors I don't care for on things I have made for others.
