A rocket softie. This was months in the making (only because I started it and then put it aside). I finally finished it last weekend when I had some time and Tristan got a wasp sting! (It seemed like a good comfort item especially since he has been waiting for it for some time.)
A luggage tag for his backpack. This is his morning checklist. Rather than me nagging, I have put it all on here (with a digi-created background of jets and other graphical elements). However, if he loses his backpack, we're pooched! Ha!
Positive note of the day: Took the kids on the LRT today so they could meet their dad for lunch. They love the train...it ends up costing so much more and is quite the wrangling effort (esp. since we have to switch trains part-way through) but they enjoyed the outing.

The backpack tag is such a fabulous idea! Geesh, that could have saved my sanity while my son was growing up LOL.
What a great 'softie' I like that bag tag, that could save my voice some mornings.
(When I lived in Calgary, I would never have even considered taking the kids on the train, good on you!)
