Another Sympathy Card...Ugh.

Well, I had to make another sympathy card and that is just crappy. Not only do I have to make it, but I also have to figure out how to convey my condolences which is even more of a challenge. I did it with this week's SCS SC, a slew of Basic Grey's Indian Summer and a Starving Artistamp stamp. I added ribbon and bling since I didn't bother framing my layers. All in all, a ten minute card which is good since who wants to spend a lot of time crafting these card types anyway?

Positive note of the day: My C is such a nut prancing around the house in just panties and screaming the song "Funhouse" by Pink all day. That and this version of Raffi's Apples and Bananas that she likes to sing to her little sister...

Love the silhouette stamp on this card. So sorry it has to be a sympathy card - they do suck to make!
C is too funny - reminds me of this summer when DS and I were driving back and forth to NH. My CD changer in the car was loaded with Pink (the old one and the new one), Raffi, and some others. So funny to go from one to the other!

Your card is so pretty. I know they are hard to make, but the reward is the comfort it brings to its recipient. Beautiful!
