Quickie Fa-La-La

Oh...my...Ave. She is a drooly mess the last two days, and sleep? Well, you know what I am going to say so let's just get to the card. Ha!

Easy one that I made a couple days back (another five minute one!). I used papers and die-cuts from my Cosmo Cricket set with touches of bling in one corner and ribbon in another. Ta-dah and I'm out!

Positive note of the day: Took Ave up to the hospital this morning for one of her looooong appointments (hearing test, occupational therapy, nutrition, physiotherapy, etc.). When adjusted for age, she is 25th percentile in weight and 50th in height so they have given me the go-ahead to sleep train her (read: cry-it-out). Avery does not take a soother, will not really drink too much in the middle of the night and is not attached to a blanket/toy so she basically has no self-soothing techniques. It will be yucky for the first little while but, gawd willing, she will figure it out and I will no longer have to hang out with her all night!

This is a good news for your little one! I hope the transition will go well! Maybe the answer is like your card... music... it seems to work with mine... that's the only thing that calm her down but at least I found that!

Beautiful card Allison! I really enjoy reading your posts. I have a question! Do you have a tutorial on how to add color to a post text? I also have been reading your blogger tip section. I love it too!!

Thanks,
