A Valentine for the Boy

So it was Valentine's Day and I realized that I only had super-girly Valentines left...and oh no, I didn't have one for T! (He seems to have some issues with gender differences all of a sudden!) So I made this one up on the fly using the OCCC sketch and more of that K and Co. paper I used last week...easy and cute.

(DP is SU!'s Soft Suede PP and a scrap [the last of it...sigh!] of Basic Grey's Motifica.)

Positive note of the day: Nice easy day with the kids. Playing games, watching 'lympics and making pumpkin cupcakes...yum! Plus my big girl Ave got to switch car seats which made her a happy girl!

Fantastic, Allison! Which reminds me, Chloe needs to take her Valentine's to school...they are celebrating Friendship Day instead today!

Aren't the Olympics great! Can't wait for mens hockey!

Great card! I love owls. Glad to hear Ave is enjoying her new digs in the car. I'm totally dragging today from staying up to see the end of the pairs competition (even tho I think I knew how it was going to end). ~chris

Perfect card for a young man! The toned down DP keeps in tune also. I have been gone visiting my NEW grandson, so need to catch up with my google reader...YIKES!

STINKIN' CUTE, Allison! My brother's into owls too; here's the "manly" card I made him this V-day! All my cards this year made it out in first class mail with just one stamp! A FIRST!

That owl is super cute and the soft suede gives it a masculine touch! Great job being last minute and all!

It's so much easier when the kids are facing forward isn't it? I'm sure they like it much better as well.
