I am sure you have a tool in your stash that you had to have but never use. Paula tells me she never uses her Crop-a-dile and I just don't understand it. I shake my head at her... Sue tells me she never uses her distressing tools (shh...me neither!). I compiled a list of items that I think may be core in many craft rooms but haven't seen much use:- Aqua Painter (I have colored images with mine but was never satisfied with the outcome.)
- Brayer (Haven't we all wanted to be Michelle Zindorf at some point?)
- Color Spritzer (Never even considered this one.)
- Sponge daubers (Sometimes but not as often as I would like.)
- Heat gun (I love to emboss when it looks good. Lately, I have yet to see results I am happy with [yeesh, I just realized how many failed projects I have attempted!].)
- Stylus (of course, with the 'bug, why would anyone dry emboss the old fashioned way?)
- Mat pak (oh boy, do I love to pierce. Do I do it near enough? No!)
- Crimper (Ha! I just have to say that since it was so the rage when I first started but I rarely see them now.)
Positive note of the day: Ave thinks it's hilarious to pull the plug out of the tub. She gets such a kick out of figuring things out!

Super great card and yes, I would need to use my SAMJ. I have that set, too. Love your idea of a list of neglected tools - I will follow suit on my blog.
mmmmmm.neglected tools. Mine would be the very first Prima flowers. They sit and collect dust! What a great idea! Love your card too....very HAPPY!!!

Funny, the Stamp-a-Ma-Jig is my MOST used tool ... I never stamp without it ... I use it as a disaster preventative, kwim?!? I also use my crimper some. The thing I don't use is the expensive Stamp-o-Graph I HAD to have!
Great cared Allison! I know what you mean about this stamp set - but I rarely bring out my SAMJ to help me out. Spritzer - I love it. And yeah - that poor crimper - stuck in the cupboard getting other stuff piled on top of it. Have a great weekend.
Love your card! That dp is fantastic. My list of things I HAD to have and don't use is way too long - it's depressing. We all need to break out of our comfort zone and dig these things out and give them some love. I have a wonderful Janome mini sewing machine that has only been used once and a perfectly grand Zutter Bind It All that has never been used and that's just the beginning. I'm on a mission now though (as soon as I find the power cord for the sewing machine)! In the meantime, my Glimmer Mist will have to do for my entry. ~chris
I for one am "Stamp-a-ma-jig" challenge and just have never figured out that stupid thing so it's certainly a forgotten tool in my stamp room.
