Sometimes, parts of our stash are just too messy to bother with...am I right or am I right? For this EONAC, we are asking you to pull out your messy stash and play. Here are some ideas:
- Glitter - chunky or fine
- Flower Soft
- Embossing Powder
- Perfect Pearls/Pearl Ex
I have had some Flower Soft forevah that I have never used (shh!). So I am pulling it out today! I used the
{Bunny} digi from the Little Paper Shop and manipulated it (reflected it, lost one of the tails, and then scaled two of them to 3/4 and 1/2 the size respectively. I also added swatches of color to the eggs so I didn't have to color or piece them!). I then generated the sentiment myself since I needed to personalize it!
P.S. Don't think I am sold on Flower Soft. It's a bit of a pain and I just don't think it's worth the work. Am I gonna get struck by lightening by the craft gods now!
ETA: I forgot to say that my card was inspired by Julie Elak's work with
LPS digis...she has such a hand with these!
Positive note of the day: Had a good day with the kids. Tristan and I had a
good visit with his teacher, they did crafts with the nanny and then a playdate with some friends. Let's hope tomorrow's day off goes as swimmingly!

AAAwww, this is so sweet and cute. Love those bunnies. I agree with you about the Flower Soft!
But the flower soft does look good on the ears ;) LOL I agree it is a lot of work and I don't use it often either
So sweet!
I haven't tried Flower Soft, but I'm not much of a messy stuff stamper.
Cute, cute! Love these adorable bunnies!
Glad you had a great time with Tristan!
Your little bunnies are so cute with their fuzzy ears...and I love the pretty springy papers!!
Soooo CUTE! Isn't it fun resizing the digis? I do not have any flower soft, but I was thinking about looking for it. I do like the little bit of texture it adds, but I will keep in mind the mess factor!
Cute! Love the look of the flower soft on the bunnies ears (haven't ever tried any). Messy doesn't really bother me...you should see my stamp room!
Enjoy your day.
This is absolutely precious!!
Omigosh, just toooo cute, Allison! Love that adorable image!
Yes. The Flower Soft gods have blogged that they're coming for you ... you're a goner now.
Hope you have a happy, restful, and peaceful weekend g/friend!
I am not sold on messy stuff either...my flower soft is untouched as well! You three little bunnies are as cute as can be so this challenge did the trick. I have had NO stamping time due to family illness unfortunately...maybe I can find a few minutes to use my flower soft.....
I see you are getting ready for easter. This card is so cute! Happpy stamping....
Cute card! I'm lovin' your new blog design Allison!
love the new spring look! Flowersoft can be very fun, but it is definitely messy!! And you can NEVER get it all back in those little jars because it fluffs up so much while out!!!
Great challenge...enjoyed useing my messy stash. So glad I finally got to play along.
OK, this is just too cute!!!! Love your colors and those precious babies with the fluffy ears. So cute.
This is super cute! I am with you on flower soft. Not that I've done much crafting lately but I have lost my initial "i gotta have it all" excitement over this stuff!
Cute, cute card. I also agree with you on flower soft. Have some but don't really like the look. I used some SU Fun Flock on my card and feel the same about it. A pain using it.
