LPS Blog Hop! And Preview of the Set "Everyday"

Today's LPS preview card meets the following requirements:
  • The LPS DT challenge of making use out of something forgotten in your stash (in my case, this beautiful Papertrey Ink DP).
  • It shows off the newest sentiment set {Everyday}.
  • It uses the Card Patterns sketch for this week. (The Little Paper Shop is sponsoring this week's challenge!)
To top it all off, we are having a blog hop today too! You should have arrived here from Jen's site...please leave a comment should you want to have a chance at this very pretty sentiment set {Everyday}. From here you have to go visit Pam (our illustrious DT momma!).

Positive note of the day: Took the kidlets for a long walk today. Every moment I spend with them (free from the restrictions of a schedule), I get sad lately about how quickly they are growing up. I always joke with them that I should be like Lucy Van Pelt from the ol' Peanuts strips who constantly pushes down on Linus' head so that he won't get any bigger. As Tristan is quick to remind me, "That won't work, Mommy".

Beautiful card, Allison. Love the colors and how you have the vase full of flowers. I understand about not wanting kids to grow up so quickly. I feel the same way about my Grandson, now.

Gorgeous DP - I love the flowers with the pearl centers!

We've been threatening to put a brick on Justin's head for a few years now to stop him from growing :) Amazing how quickly it passes...

There is a nice very elegant feel to your card, it is the perfect way to highlight the sentiment. I have that DP in my stash too! Seeing your card reminds me that I have flower punches that I never use...hmmm, everyone else reminded me that I rarely use brads. I do not even want to think about going down the sticker route for this challenge, LOL.

This card is so adorable Allison. I love the color combination. Aqua and moss green are one of my favorite color combos. I love the little flowers and the sentiment is great.
