LPS Monday - Color Challenge

The color challenge was indeed that this week since I don't typical branch out into the Bold Brights. Since this is a digi image, I tried a couple of things. I colored this image in PS (using RGB colors to match SU's). Once complete, I inserted the image into my Robo Master software and cut it with my Silhouette. It's actually pretty close (and certainly saves a lot of finicky cuts!).

Little Paper Shop Image Used: {Jena Fairy}
DP: Basic Grey's Euphoria

Should you a) want to see the rest of the DT's take on the CC and/or b) try it yourself (for a chance at a prize of a stamp set), head on over to the LPS blog!

Positive note of the day: This weekend was kinda crappy. Probably because I had a bit of spring fever and was hoping I could get some projects done around the house. Instead, I was besieged by horrible cramps, vomiting and back pain from the time of the month. I never went back on the pill after having Avery (since I was thinking I was getting too old). Now that I read that most of our understanding about increased cancer risk and blood clots has to do with the formulary they used in the 60s, I am thinking it is time I went back on it. I used to suffer horribly in high school from painful periods and I am not going back to that! So this week, I will have to book myself in with the GP (that will mean three doctor's visits this week...I should get like a free donut or something on every tenth visit!).

Super sweet card. I don't use bold brights very often, either, but then when I do I wonder why I don't. Hope your week is better.

She's so sweet Allison! Great with these colors. I hear ya, I am unbelieveable Bold Brights challenged (maybe we need a support group?), but you definitely pulled it off.

Feel better! Sounds like you could definitely use a donut.

Oh dear Lord I wish you lived closer so you could teach me all about cutting with those scary machines(I've got a Cricut).....I am so NOT a techie and I get a headache thinking about it! Love your image and your card Allison - now stop wondering if you need a donut - I say you deserve one!

So sorry that you aren't feel well. I so remember the (just let me die) type of cramps. Don't have to worry about that now :o)
