EONAC17 - Brads Galore!

Today's EONAC (set by Sue) is to use up those brads and boy did I take her up on the challenge! I used the Limelight sketch (although I did not have any appropriate primas to add so I went with the sled image) and my MS scalloped edge punch. Then I put a copper brad in every large hole and some around the image...enough brads for ya? I am thinking I could have embossed the copper cardstock but it was just shimmery I thought I might be going overboard. Seeing it here on the blog makes me re-think that though...

Wanna play with Sue and I? Find some brads and add them to your creation (I am so used to my "bling" that I almost lost all my fingernails on those prongs!). And don't forget to let us know you played by linking yourself up below!

Positive note of the day: Ave's physio went alright. She is performing at about 60-70% of her range on the right side. She has to do exercises to work on her abductor muscles and turning her right hand to a full pivot (i.e., with her palm exposed fully).

I had my nephews last night for an extended play date. Those of you who have five kids...I just don't know how you do it! And there is 18 months between each of the cousins (1, 2 1/2, 4, 7, and 8 1/2)...they could have technically been all mine and that is just insane. I guess I will never be a Duggar!

I really like this copper shine and the brads are really nice too. Yes, my brads have taken a backseat to pearls and stick on's too!

What an awesome card Allison! I love all those brads. I may even have brad envy because I've some copper coloured paper that would look pretty damn good with those brads. Thanks for the great challenge!

Allison, I love your card. The shimmery copper looks great. I did up a card for your EONAC but I can't get Inlinkz to work for me. Maybe you need a blog not a public gallery. Here's my link anyway. Thanks for the nudge in using up some old stuff. I think the brads are a great touch.
