Little Paper Shop Preview #1

I am so tardy this week with getting my previews ready to go for this month's LPS release! Work has been stupid busy and my back (still complaining here) is not cooperating. I am thinking I am getting too old for this whole mothering thing (well the "carrying kids part" of this mothering thing).

Here's {Bumble Bee Jena}...I took Pam's lead (posting late lets you do that) and made her more fairy-like (since how can you not piece that dress with all that Basic Grey yumminess!).

My card shape was from a free GSD file from myscrapchick.com (they offer files for all the cutter machines). Every Friday they send out a newsletter with a freebie. When I saw this card shape, I just had to use it right away. So worth signing up for if you own a cutter!

Now should you be interested in checking out the other {Bumble Bee Jena} samples (and getting in on the drawing for today), go check out the LPS blog. Pam will draw tonight before she readies the post for tomorrow morning so you gotta hit it now if you wanna win!

Positive note of the day: Charlotte sat on my lap for an hour at the Mother's Day tea today. We had to sit on the floor [there had to be thirty of us on the mat] and OMG, she seemed really heavy! She loved having me there and holding my hand (she tends to be clingy when I am with her in any environment that is not home). It would have been fabulous to have plush couches to sit on at the same time though...all of us moms had dead legs and sore backs when the tea was done (which seems so apropos for Mother's Day...ha!).
