Making an Easy Card with LPS' Rose

I tried to make a pretty but relatively unfussy card for mailing to my mom. I chose some real old Tres Jolie DP, my Kiwi Kiss pad (to pop off the melon) and a mix of celery embellies with the Little Paper Shop's {Rose}.

Positive note of the day: Ave unloaded the cutlery from the dishwasher. She handed each piece to me to put in the drawer and was just so darn pleased with herself. (Oh, and this weekend she figured how to go down the stairs. That's good since her bellowing from the top of the stairs certainly interrupted me often enough!).
