In honor of CHD week, I had to make a card with hearts! Of course, that's not too hard at this time of year!
Positive note of the day: Went swimming today with the kids. OMG, people are getting super fat. It's alarming how many people I could predict would be having their first heart attack at 40-something in that place. At least it was a good motivator to work out!Fun Thing I Found on the Internet:
