Went on One Path and Ended Up on Another

I had a card all done up with this rose image (using Basic Grey Bittersweet) but I hated it. It was too busy and the image was unbalanced in contrast to the ribbon. So I pulled the flower off the old card and instead went with this off-white cardstock (that cheapy Recollections stuff from M's finally worked here!) with French Script on the BG and lots of sponged edges, I added lace, organza and some stick pins, punched the corners and called it complete. A much better "happy ending" (tongue in cheek for those of you who get the reference!).

Positive note of the day: Went "showhoming" yesterday for the first time in years. Got some cool ideas for the house and now I want to go shopping!

Fun Thing I Found on the Internet: It's an old one but truly memorable.
