Charlotte is going to one of her good friend's birthday party next week (the same day as T's party but I didn't really know how much the military museum would appeal to her!). Since the girls are so very girly (her friend is much like her since their hair, dresses and accessories have to be just "so"), I went with a Greeting Farm mermaid and did my best to make her look like Ariel. I think C will appreciate it (and she is quite choosy about which card she will give!)... (BTW, used the Mojo Monday sketch too!)
Positive note of the day: A VP from a company that I contacted yesterday invited me out to lunch next Tuesday. Since the company in question produces medical imaging software, and I have worked on various software and hardware components in that field for the last ten years, it was a good idea to try my hand at sending my resume in.
