Scrappiness on the Weekend

I was perusing my HomeSense store (for Americans, think TJ Maxx, Marshall's or Ross) and found these fun scrapbook kits for five bucks. Since I was looking for some easy inspiration, I used them to create a few layouts and I quite like how they turned out (BTW, DP is from Pebbles).

I made this page for my MIL...it is a pic of her and my FIL on the big island of Hawaii. Sigh...I love that place. You can see volcanoes, rainforest and ocean all in one drive...so amazing!

Positive note of the day: Today is T's birthday at the Military Museums. I love that he will have a good time but I will be happy once it's done (eight crazy boys will be exhausting!).

Love the pages, and the lettering you used too. Boy, do I wish I was in Hawaii...tired of being cold and wet here!

Great find on the S/B kits...Home Sense is my all-time favourite store up here in Canada. And good job on the layout. That's a nice photo of your MIL & FIL.

And good luck with the 8 boys today!
