Positive note of the day: So I am going to be working soon. I have to get all my paperwork sorted out (since I will be working as an independent contractor). The contract ends at the end of the year but can be renewed as necessary (it allows me some freedom too since I may just decide to move on if needs be). I will get paid more but there are no benefits, vacation pay or the like. However, I will get every other Friday off which will help with Avery's appointments immensely. Moreover, my job has newly added responsibilities of project management and training coordination so there will be a dynamism to my work sorely missing in the last ten years. Still nerved up about this transition for the kids (C is not really happy about the change) but I will be working with the nanny this week to get everybody on the same page. Here's hoping I am not pulling out my hair next week (esp. since Brad is starting a new job the week after next...OMG!).Fun Thing I Found on the Web:

It's not every other Friday but the 1st and 3rd Friday's of the month so there are a few months a year that there are 5 Fridays. For example, April has 5 Friday's ....... That is if you accepted at C which seeing you were at Banker's today is probably what you did. Let me know when you start.

LOVE this page. Avery is killing me, she is so adorable and cute, the lollipop is just perfect. Congrats (again) on the new job. It is hard juggling kids and working outside the home, no doubt about it but it is also great to meet people and earn money! Hope all the kids learn to adjust.

This layout SO works, Allison. Avery has such a sweet little face and her denim jumper is adorable. The colours you used in the layout are pulled naturally from the photo and the green makes everything complete.
