CAS Mission!

To shake out some cobwebs and crank out some creations in the little bit of time I have between the kids' bedtime and mine, I have elected to go through Natasha Trupp's CAS sketches (note: she offers PDF compilations here which just rocks the planet!) and complete as many as I can (before I get distracted elsewhere!). Today I feature sketch #56.

Positive note of the day: I finished my process guide. Since I have not had to use Microsoft Word in forevah, I have no idea which is the best file format to include for my graphics. I chose PNG but the text is blurry (the original flow diagrams were created in Visio). If anyone has a suggestion, I am all ears!

Still laughing at the fun thing on the web heehee!
I am going more and more to CAS simple, but they aren't as easy as they look! Great job!

Looove the papers you chose, that dog is great! I use Word every day, all day long, and when I want a screenshot in a doc, I open it in PS, if I don't need to flatten layers, then I save as a straight jpg. If I've done something that means I'll have to flatten the image, then I do Save for Web and save either the original as a gif or at least the first option it gives on "2 Up" ~ hope that helps even a tiny bit. If I don't open and save an image within PS, then my Word file balloons by at least a meg for each pic.

Have you ever used Framemaker for its XML capabilities and had data extracted from an FM file?
