It's time for another Playing in Paradise challenge. We were asked by Ally to create something based on this picture to the left. To that end, I created a relatively simple card hearkening to the wallet (or is it a purse?) with the giant flower on it in shades of yellow. I actually thought using these dies to make the flowers was quite fun and wouldn't a whole coordinated set of these be fun to give as a gift? Hmm...may have to get cracking since it will be the end of the year soon and I will need teacher's gifts!Stash Used:
- PTI DP
- Spellbinders Blossom Dies
- Plaid Adhesive - Mini Pop Dots
- SU! ribbon
- Martha Stewart Double Loops Edge Punch
- Kaiser Craft Pearls
Here are the rest of the team's sites for more creative inspiration!
- Julie Dinn: Kreative Jewels
- Carla Peicheff: Moralia’s Weblog
- Allison Cope: Your Memories
- Dana Nelson: Aspiring to Creativity
- Nancy Elrick: Nancy's Creative Mess
Positive note of the day: Hmm. Had a day. Wasn't horrible but I had lots of time to think which is never good. I get scared of the day I stand still, realize all is quiet around me and struggle to be "proactive" with my life instead of just "reactive". Whoa...that was way too deep.
