Positive note of the day: Sure hoping Aunt Flo shows up soon...I get so cranky and irritable the couple of days before...hmm, perhaps I should self-medicate with alcoholic beverages (I think the family might appreciate it!).

Totally unsolicited Aunt Flo advice? Try Primrose Oil. My dr. recommended it years ago, and it doesn't completely erase the PMS but I haven't actually killed anyone...or come quite as close as before. Definitely helps with the mood swings, though :)
