Positive note of the day: First day on the job went okay...lots of work to do but one foot in front of the other. Got out of my meetings to find out Brad took T to the doctor since his heart had been racing most of the day. He received an EKG and the family doc should give us some analysis in the coming days. I made him do yoga and listen to calming music tonight (just in case some of it is stress-induced). Here's hoping it's just a hiccup!

Gentle hugs - what a day for a Monday, Allison. Whether or not it was stress-induced (and I kind of hope it was - seems less scary that way) relaxation is never a bad thing!
I think I've missed something. Did you get a new job? I sure hope T is ok. Has this happened before?

Gosh Allison, I have a racing heart so I know how that goes -- and the stress can be from a couple days before, a delayed reaction; yoga is a good idea -- I should do it! I love your card too and I always love your positive thought and fun thing from the web -- I'm trying to emulate you on the positive thought!
PS, Love the kids' blogs -- checked out T's but he hasn't updated on his visit to the doctor yet! :) LOL
