Positive note of the day: I work with some really great women. Save one of my male colleagues, we have all commiserated about the fact that we have to act like moms at home and then come to work and do the same. Some of these men seem to need those constant reminders and check-ins to make sure they are keeping on task. It's driving me a little batty...I will have to do some more coaching in the next few weeks so they double-check their work and stay off Facebook!

Love this embossed silhouette :) It's funny, I don't really think of myself as a pastel lover, but I sped right through this collection!
As for the male problem, yeah. Beyond frustrating, I can only imagine. At least I only have to boss the ones I signed up to boss by marrying/birthing them...although some days I wonder if I knew what I was getting into!
