What's Up Pretty Girl?

This is a scrap page I made all by myself and I quite like it. Lots of different elements here (lots of place to play on a 12 x 12!) but I still kept the focal on the balloons and houses of the main page. I did add a sliver of "grass" along the bottom to tie the two sides together...
